Applicable Laws

Unless agreed otherwise, you grant Speedco Logistics LLC and its affiliates an unrestricted, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display User Content throughout the world in any media subject to the restrictions set forth in the Site’s Privacy Policy.

Cloud Personal Data

Regarding any data you upload to the Cloud Personal service (“Cloud Personal Data”), Speedco Logistics LLC shall not disclose such data except:

1. to subsidiaries and third-party service providers in connection with service delivery
2. if required by law, regulation or legal process (such as a court order or subpoena)
3. in response to government agency requests such as law enforcement authorities
4. when disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of illegal activity
5. with your consent

Speedco Logistics LLC shall not access the Cloud Personal Data except:

1. to provide the Cloud Personal service
2. to prevent or address service or technical problems
3. at your request in connection with customer support matters

You further agree that Speedco Logistics LLC and its affiliates are free to use any ideas, concepts or know-how that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to Speedco Logistics LLC.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your User Content.
Speedco Logistics LLC is under no obligation to post or use any User Content you may provide and may remove such content at any time for legitimate reasons.

By posting or uploading User Content you represent and warrant that you own, control or are authorized to exercise all rights to the content and that it does not violate any laws or harm any person or entity.
You agree to indemnify Speedco Logistics LLC and its affiliates for all third-party claims resulting from User Content.

Linking Policy

Unless otherwise set forth in a written agreement between you and Speedco Logistics LLC you must adhere to the following linking policy:

1. Any link to the Site must be a text-only link clearly marked www.speedcologistics.com
2. The appearance, position and other aspects of the link may not damage or dilute the goodwill associated with Speedco Logistics LLC names and trademarks
3. The link must point to the URL www.speedcologistics.com and/or to other pages within the Site
4. The appearance, position and other attributes of the link may not create a false appearance of sponsorship, affiliation or association with Speedco Logistics LLC
5. When selected by a user, the link must display the Site on a full screen and not within a frame on the linking website
